Awww even when Michael's down and out, he still manages to surprise us all again with his "a good boss never fires; he hires and inspires" line. But clearly that wasn't it for Ryan anyhow. What would've happened to Kelly?

Did anyone else get how funny was Michael pulling out a "Snicker" at the end of his snackbar-assisted speech?

Anyone know where I can find a picture of Jim standing behind Dwight at the water cooler? That was one of the most subtle, yet funniest scenes ever.

I just have to say one thing. Jamie, do you honestly think eight graders would take what michael said seriously? Personally, id emphasize on the MIGHT part. Please, do not underestimate them. They are smarter than that.

I too was struck by how half-hearted Pam is with Roy. She looked positively disappointed when he appeared with his brother at the art show. Who can blame her -- this is the same duo who left her at a high school hockey game!

During her talking head she sounds like she's trying to convince even herself that her reunion with Roy shows "maturity and dignity" ... when anyone can see the opposite is true.

The good news is, she can't keep this up for long. Maybe now is the time for her to take that design internship in NYC!

Does anyone else wonder what Merideth's bleeped out joke from the Deleted Scenes is? After that, it's just desserts to have the bag over her head! "You're Welcome."

I need to get a screen capture of Jim sidling Dwight by the water cooler to use as my desktop background. Fan-freaking-tastic.

Shep - re: "Wonder what he does at home," in one of the hilarious deleted scenes this year (from "The Coup," I believe), we discover that Creed is homeless, and sleeps under his desk a few nights a week, then up in Canada the rest of the time. Yes, Creed is that cheap, and it's brilliant.

When Michael is stumbling over what exactly he's been invited to speak as at Ryan's business school at the beginning of the episode, note Jim's expressions. Classic Halpert!
