Nice recap, Karin. I really like how you added the Dwangela S&P. I love those two almost as much as I love Jim and Pam.

I really like this line of yours: "I like rules like this, if only because they will probably nearly always apply to me." So true! I love rules like that.

And also this one: "What, Oscar, you don’t want to be the Queer Eye for the Arguably-Straight Michael?" Ha! I loved what Oscar did there. He's one of my fave characters.

I loved this ep. Michael calling Angela "pipsqueak" & "booster seat" and saying "if you are not this tall you may not ride the rollercoaster". I was cracking up.

Yes, the do. My secret is out: I want shorter episodes because they're easier on us.

Great job -- and inspired work to add the Dwangela S&P. I hope it comes back up eventually, because that freak show is one of my favorite parts of "The Office".

I am sorry for the typos! But I am glad it is readable. I hope they move to 1/2 hour episodes if only because these hourlongs take forever to transcribe.

I've heard this comparison before but especially after last week's episode, it just makes so much sense: Ryan is turning into the American version of David Brent. After his cliché-ridden blurb about selling paper becoming fun, I had the mental image of Jennifer Taylor-Clarke (David's boss) saying: "Don't use management-speak, David, I know how you hate management-speak." Hilarious.

I wonder why everyone changed clothes after the cold open? I'm guessing this opening was originally meant for a different episode.

I thought the episode was hilarious, although I agree that the first half was stronger than the second. I wish NBC hadn't required them to frontload the hour-longs. That said, by far my favorite part of the episode was Ryan's jargon and cliche filled speech. I mean, at the end of the day from 30,000 feet.... "Convergence, viral marketing, we’re going guerrilla. We’re taking it to the streets, while keeping an eye on the street — Wall Street. I don’t want to reinvent the wheel here. In other words, it is what it is. Buying paper just became fun." Priceless.
