Why did Martin leave and not the annoying chick with the baby though? She adds nothing to the show. Anyways...even though there wasn't that much interaction, I think this was a good episode for Jam too. I agree with those who said Jim was being protective of Pam and everything. And then during the credits when Ed Helms was playing the banjo to Pam [hilarious!], after he got done playing, the camera zoomed to Jim at his desk and he and Pam had another one of their smiles, even though he wasn't looking at her. Major cringe-worthy. Everything else was great - Andy, the Jim/Pam/Karen interactions (look how happy Pam was to be back in on a joke with Jim! That was cute.), Creed, and the British/cold ending.
