Michael sent him to Anger Management training which will take 10 weeks (5 according to Andy). He also says "Don't worry about ol' Andy Bernard. I'll be back." I do believe Ed Helms will return in the future... at least I hope so. I'll miss his musical numbers! So I think Dwight has his own desk back and everything is in order except that Karen is still around. But with the truth about Jim's feelings for Pam revealed to her... I love all of the nonverbal acting on this show. It really sets it apart from the over-the-top unrealistic sitcoms out there. On a personal note, I love how the show throws in Scranton memorabilia. As an alumna of the University of Scranton, I was so excited to see a school banner behind Pam's desk for the last few episodes. So cool! P.S. I would love for the backdrop of an episode be the St. Patty's Day parade in Scranton. The parade is one of the largest in the country and the bars literally open at 7 am.
